New Pipe+Digital Rodgers Organ in Monterey Park

St. Gabriel's Episcopal Church, Monterey Park

St. Garbriel’s Episcopal Church in Monterey Park, CA, has a new eleven-rank pipe+digital organ with a Rodgers Allegiant 678 two-manual drawknob console.  Upon hearing the completed organ, The Reverend Peter Lo, Rector, had only one word for the sound: glorious!

The Rodgers Allegiant console augments the pipework with digital voices that are voiced to blend seamlessly with the pipes, creating a complete tonal specification of 30 stops, plus 84 more alternate stops available in the Rodgers Voice Palette.  Ryan Ballantyne, of R. M. Ballantyne Pipe Organs assisted in the design, installation and voicing of the pipework.
